A 1.0 kilometre length of new highway to be classified as the C167 Grafham Road commencing from the point where it diverges from the existing C167 Grafham Road, 491 metres west of the centre point of the proposed overbridge (proposed to be constructed to carry it over the new A1 Trunk Road alignment and the new A14 Trunk Road alignment), and continuing in a south-easterly then a north-easterly direction over the proposed overbridge to the point where it merges with the existing C167 Park Road, that point being at a distance of 549 metres northeast of the centre point of the proposed overbridge,
