Provisions coming into force on the later of 26th May 2016 or the day after the day on which the Pubs Code etc. Regulations 2016 are made
3. The provisions in Part 4 of, and Schedule 1 to, the Act come into force, to the extent that they are not yet in force, on the later of—
(a)26th May 2016; or
(b)the day after the day on which the Pubs Code etc. Regulations 2016(1) are made.
