The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 272(7) and 273(1) of, and paragraph 10 of Schedule 4 to, the National Health Service Act 20061.
Citation and commencement1.
This Order may be cited as the Imperial College Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Trust Funds: Appointment of Trustees) Revocation Order 2016 and comes into force on 1st May 2016.
Revocation of order2.
The Imperial College Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Trust Funds: Appointment of Trustees) Order 20082 is revoked.

This Order revokes the Imperial College Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Trust Funds: Appointment of Trustees) Order 2008 (S.I. 2008/79), which provides for the appointment of trustees for the Imperial College Healthcare National Health Service Trust.
