Works on the Seabank 400kV substation must not commence until written details and plans of the flood defence wall at the substation, including a timetable for implementation, have been submitted to and approved by the relevant planning authority, after consultation with the Environment Agency.

The flood defence wall must be constructed in accordance with the approved details and timetable referred to in sub-paragraph (1).
