Citation 1 This Order may be cited as the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (Commencement No. 3, Transitional Provisions, Savings and Consequential Amendments) (Amendment) Order 2016. Provisions coming into force on 1st October 2016 2 1 The Consumer Rights Act 2015 (Commencement No.3, Transitional Provisions, Savings and Consequential Amendments) Order 2015 is amended as follows. 2 In article 4 (provisions coming into force on 6th April 2016), for “6th April 2016” in the heading and in the opening words, substitute “1st October 2016”. 3 In article 6 (transitional and saving provisions in respect of Parts 1 and 2 of the Act), in sub-section (2), for “6th April 2016” substitute “1st October 2016”.
