EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the Order)

This Order amends the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (Commencement No. 3, Transitional Provisions, Savings and Consequential Amendments) Order 2015 so that provisions and transitional provisions due to come into force on 6th April 2016 for the purpose of a contract to supply a consumer transport service will instead come into force on 1st October 2016. It thereby brings the last remaining provisions of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 into force on the latter date.
