The A11 Trunk Road (Fiveways to Thetford Improvement) (Detrunking) 2011 (Amendment) Order 2015 (Revocation) Order 2016

The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 10, 12 and 325(1) of the Highways Act 19801, makes the following Order:

1.

This Order may be cited as the A11 Trunk Road (Fiveways to Thetford Improvement) (Detrunking) 2011 (Amendment) Order 2015 (Revocation) Order 2016 and shall come into force on 1st April 2016.

2.

The A11 Trunk Road (Fiveways to Thetford Improvement) (Detrunking) 2011 (Amendment) Order 20152 is hereby revoked.

This Order revokes the A11 Trunk Road (Fiveways to Thetford Improvement) (Detrunking) 2011 (Amendment) Order 2015 (S.I. 2015/1581). That Order amended the A11 Trunk Road (Fiveways to Thetford Improvement) (Detrunking) Order 2011 (S.I. 2011/1070).
