Appeal to the court16
An appeal to the court under section 1097A(6) of the Act must be brought within a period of 28 days beginning on—
a
the day the address of a company’s registered office is changed to a default address; or
b
, where the registrar dismissed the application, the day a notice of the registrar’s decision is sent under regulation 10.
