Coming into force in accordance with regulation 1(2) and (3)

The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 15 and 17(1) to (3) of the Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2000(1).

In accordance with section 17(4) of that Act, a draft of these Regulations has been laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
