<P><Text>These Regulations amend the Plant Protection Products (Fees and Charges) Regulations 2011 (“the <Abbreviation Expansion="Plant Protection Products (Fees and Charges) Regulations 2011 (S.I. 2011/2132)">2011 Regulations</Abbreviation>”) by substituting new Schedules 1 and 2.</Text></P>
<P><Text>These Regulations increase the fees charged in accordance with the 2011 Regulations for the evaluation of the following applications within the scope of Regulation <Citation URI="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/european/regulation/2009/1107" id="c00003" Class="EuropeanUnionRegulation" Year="2009" Number="1107">(EC) No 1107/2009</Citation> of the European Parliament and of the council of 21 October 2009 concerning the placing of plant protection products on the market and repealing Council Directives <Citation URI="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/european/directive/1979/0117" id="c00004" Class="EuropeanEconomicCommunityDirective" Year="1979" Number="117">79/117/<Acronym Expansion="European Economic Community">EEC</Acronym></Citation> and <Citation URI="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/european/directive/1991/0414" id="c00005" Class="EuropeanEconomicCommunityDirective" Year="1991" Number="414">91/414/EEC</Citation> (<Acronym Expansion="Official Journal">OJ</Acronym> No L309, 24.11.2009, p1)—</Text>

<P><Text>These Regulations increase the fees charged in accordance with the 2011 Regulations for applications for import tolerances under Article 7 of Regulation <Citation URI="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/european/regulation/2005/0396" id="c00006" Class="EuropeanUnionRegulation" Year="2005" Number="0396">(EC) No 396/2005</Citation> of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 February 2005 on maximum residue levels of pesticides in or on food and feed of plant and animal origin and amending Council <Citation URI="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/european/directive/1991/0414" id="c00007" Class="EuropeanEconomicCommunityDirective" Year="1991" Number="0414">Directive 91/414/EEC</Citation>.</Text></P>
