PART 1 E+W+S Introduction

Citation and commencement E+W+S

1.  These Regulations—

(a) may be cited as the Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2016;

(b) come into force on the day after the day on which they are made.

Amendment of subordinate legislation E+W+S

2.—(1) The Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) Regulations 2007(1) are amended in accordance with Part 2.

(2) The Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2007(2) are amended in accordance with Part 3.
