The Immigration and Nationality (Fees) Order 2016

Coming into force in accordance with article 1

The Secretary of State makes the following Order with the consent of the Treasury M1, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 68(1) to (6) and (12), 69(2) and 74(8) of the Immigration Act 2014 M2.

In accordance with section 74(2)(j) of that Act, a draft of this Order has been laid before and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
