In section 7(5C) (general conditions)9—
a
in paragraph (b), for the words from “determined”, in the first place it occurs, to the end substitute “is less than the amount of its liabilities,”;
b
in paragraph (d), for “one or more of paragraphs (a) to (c)” substitute “paragraph (b) or (c) (or both)”.
