13.—(1) The 1995 Act is amended as follows.
(2) In section 42(3)(b) M1, for “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010” substitute “ the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 (S.I. 2016/1154) ”.
(3) In section 56(1) M2, in paragraph (j) of the definition of “environmental licence” in the application of Part 1 of the 1995 Act in relation to an appropriate agency, for “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2007” substitute “ the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 (S.I. 2016/1154) ”.
(4) In paragraph 4(3)(d) of Schedule 20 M3, for “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010” substitute “ the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 (S.I. 2016/1154) ”.
