1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the North Korea and Iran (United Nations Sanctions) (Amendment) Order 2016 and comes into force on 14th December 2016.
(2) In this Order—
“the North Korea Order” means the North Korea (United Nations Sanctions) Order 2009(1); and
“the Iran Order” means the Iran (United Nations Sanctions) Order 2009(2).
(3) This Order extends to the United Kingdom.
