12. A manufacturer must keep the technical documentation and the F2... declaration of conformity drawn up in respect of pressure equipment or an assembly and make them available for inspection by the enforcing authorities for a period of 10 years beginning on the day on which the pressure equipment or assembly is placed on the market.
