3. The amendments made by this Order do not apply to—
(a)applications made before 24th November 2016 for determination as to whether the prior approval of the authority will be required under paragraph A.3(3) of Part 16 of Schedule 2 to the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (before amendment by this Order);
(b)development which, following such an application, is permitted under paragraph A.3(7) of that Order.
