22.  In section 7(2)(b) of the Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2000(1) (ex-members), for the words from “or permanent” to “1985) or” substitute “, the trustee or interim trustee in the sequestration, under the Bankruptcy (Scotland) Act 2016, of the former member’s estate or the former member’s”.
