The Employment Rights Act 199639 is amended as follows.

In section 184(4) (debts to which Part 12 of the Act applies)—
a
for the words from “permanent”, where it first occurs, to “1985)” substitute “trustee or interim trustee in the sequestration of an estate under the Bankruptcy (Scotland) Act 2016”; and
b
in paragraph (b), for “permanent” substitute “trustee”.
