The European Union (Recognition of Professional Qualifications) Regulations 2015106 are amended as follows.

In Schedule 3 (professions in respect of which the right of the applicant to choose between an adaptation period and an aptitude test is displaced), in Part 2 (professions under regulation 34(b)), omit the reference to “pharmacy technician”.
