(b)in paragraph 59, for “Council Directive 96/98/EC on marine equipment, as amended by Commission Directives 98/35/EC, 2001/53/EC and 2002/75/EC”, substitute “ Directive 2014/90/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 July 2014 on marine equipment and repealing Council Directive 96/98/EC M2 ”.
