Conformity based on unit verification is a conformity assessment procedure whereby the manufacturer fulfils the obligations laid down in paragraphs 32, 33 and 35 and it is the manufacturer's sole responsibility to ensure and declare that the product concerned, which has been subject to the verification provisions set out in paragraph 34, is in conformity with the applicable international standards.]
