8.1.  In this Part—

“authorised person” means the official receiver where the official receiver is authorised to act as nominee or supervisor under section 389B(1) of the Act M1 ;

“nominee” and “supervisor” include the proposed nominee or supervisor in relation to a proposal for an IVA; and

“proposal” means a proposal for an IVA.
