Where an office-holder delivers a document by electronic means, the document must contain, or be accompanied by, a statement that the recipient may request a hard copy of the document and a telephone number, email address and postal address that may be used to make that request.

An office-holder who receives such a request must deliver a hard copy of the document to the recipient free of charge within five business days of receipt of the request.
