This Chapter applies for the purposes of extending a moratorium by application to the court under section A13.

An application for an extension to a moratorium under section A13 must—
a
specify the date on which the application is filed, and
b
be accompanied by the documents referred to in section A13(2).

The application must be endorsed by the court with the date and time of filing.

Each document filed with the court under section A13(2) must—
a
state the nature of the document,
b
identify the proceedings,
c
contain the identification details for the company, and
d
be authenticated by, or on behalf of, the person making the statement.

The statements comprised in a document filed with the court under section A13(2) must—
a
be made within the period of three business days ending with the day on which the application is filed with the court, and
b
specify the date on which the statement is made.
