This Order may be cited as the Care Act 2014 (Commencement No. 4) Order 2015.

In this Order—

  • “the Act” means the Care Act 2014;

  • “the 1983 Act” means the Mental Health Act 19832;

  • “the SSWWA 2014” means the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 20143.
