2.—(1) Schedule 2 to the Local Audit and Accountability Act 2014 Act is amended as follows.
(2) At the end of paragraph 24 (special trustees for a hospital) insert—
“NOTE: This Act applies to special trustees for a hospital only if the trust of which they are trustees is not a charitable trust.”.
