The Secretary of State makes the following order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 112(1), (2) and (5) of the Deregulation Act 20151:
Citation and commencement1

This Order may be cited as the Deregulation Act 2015 (Consequential Amendments) Order 2015.

The provisions of this Order come into force as follows—
a
article 1, article 2 (except insofar as it relates to Parts 1 and 3 of Schedule 2), Schedule 1, Part 2 of Schedule 2 and Schedules 3 to 5 on the 26th May 2015;
b
article 2 (insofar as it relates to Part 1 of Schedule 2), and Part 1 of Schedule 2 on the 8th June 2015;
c
article 2 (insofar as it relates to Part 3 of Schedule 2), and Part 3 of Schedule 2 on the 30th June 2015.
