2.  In Schedule 2 to the Terrorism Act 2000 (proscribed organisations)(1), after the entry for Jund al Khalifa-Algeria (Soldiers of the Caliphate in Algeria), insert the following entries—

• “Jamaat ul-Ahrar

• The Haqqani Network”.
