These Regulations may be cited as the Aviation Security Act 1982 (Civil Penalties) Regulations 2015.

These Regulations come into force on the 21st day after the day on which they are made.

These Regulations cease to have effect at the end of the period of seven years beginning with the day on which these Regulations come into force.
