Transport Act 1968

7.  The coming into force of the amendment made by paragraph 3 of Schedule 12 to the 2014 Act does not affect the obligations of a Passenger Transport Executive under section 14(3) of the Transport Act 1968(1) in relation to a statement of accounts prepared for an accounting period before 1st April 2015.
