17. In section 27 (allegations)(1), after subsection (2)(b) insert—
“(ba)the person not having the necessary knowledge of English;”.
Section 27 was substituted by S.I. 2005/2011 and has been previously amended by the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (c. 14), section 127 and Schedule 10, paragraph 7, the Policing and Crime Act 2009 (c. 26), section 81(5) and S.I. 2009/1182.
