Modification of the 1990 Act and the Listed Buildings Act5
The provisions of the 1990 Act and the Listed Buildings Act specified in Part 2 of Schedule 29 to the 1980 Act8 have effect in relation to the development corporation and in the development area with the modifications specified in that Part.
