3. In Schedule 1 to the Scotland Act 1998 (Agency Arrangements) (Specification) Order 1999(1) (functions of a Minister of the Crown which may be exercised on behalf of that Minister under agency arrangements with the Scottish Ministers), omit paragraphs 4 and 13 to 19.
