30. In Schedule 20 to the Political Parties, Elections and Referendums Act 2000 (penalties)(1), in the entry for paragraph 14 of Schedule 19C, in the second column—
(a)after “England and Wales” insert “: fine or 12 months”;
(b)for “or” (where it first occurs) substitute “On summary conviction in”.
The entry in Schedule 20 for paragraph 14 of Schedule 19C was amended by the Political Parties and Elections Act 2009 (c. 12), section 3(3).
