Video Recordings Act 1984 (c.39) E+W

14.—(1) The Video Recordings Act 1984 is amended as follows.

(2) In section 9 (supplying video recording of unclassified work)(1), in subsection (3)(b), for “a fine not exceeding £20,000” substitute “a fine”.

(3) In section 10 (possession of video recording of unclassified work for the purposes of supply)(2), in subsection (3)(b), for “a fine not exceeding £20,000” substitute “a fine”.
