Regulation 22 (offences) is amended as follows.

In paragraph (1)—
a
omit the “or” at the end of sub-paragraph (b), and
b
at the end of paragraph (c) insert—
d
regulation 20(2)(a) and (3), or
e
regulation 20A.

Omit paragraph (3).
4
In paragraph (4), omit “, or (in the case of regulation 20(2)(a) and (3)) a health service body,”.
