The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 31(4), 36(11), 37(4) M1, 44(7), 56(1) M2, 71(11), 73(4), 74(3), 80(1) and 135(3) of the Children and Families Act 2014 M3:
