The Mink and Coypus (Revocations) (England) Regulations 2015

Coming into force
The Secretary of State, with the approval of the Treasury, makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Destructive Imported Animals Act 19321, as applied under section 10 of that Act in relation to mink by the Mink Keeping (Prohibition) (England) Order 20042 and in relation to coypus by the Coypus (Prohibition on Keeping) Order 19873.
Citation, commencement and application1.

These Regulations may be cited as the Mink and Coypus (Revocations) (England) Regulations 2015 and come into force on 6th April 2015.
(2)
These Regulations apply in relation to England only.
Revocations2.
The Regulations listed in the Schedule are revoked.

This instrument revokes in relation to England four sets of Regulations; three relating to the keeping of mink, and one relating to licence fees for the keeping of coypus.
