The Firearms (Variation of Fees) Order 2015

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 43 of the Firearms Act 1968(1) and sections 11(4) and 17(9) of the Firearms (Amendment) Act 1988(2), makes the following Order.

1968 c. 27; section 43 is extended by sections 11(4), 15(6) and 17(9) of, and paragraph 3(2) of the Schedule to, the Firearms (Amendment) Act 1988 (c. 45) but only sections 11(4) and 17(9) are relevant to this Order.
