The Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 (Commencement No.11) Order 2015
Made
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 120(1) of the Protection of Freedoms Act 20121, makes the following Order:

This Order may be cited as the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 (Commencement No.11) Order 2015.
Commencement2
The following provisions of the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 come into force on 16th March 2015—
a
section 105 (appointment and tenure of the Information Commissioner);
b
section 115(2) in so far as it relates to the provisions of Schedule 10 to that Act specified in paragraph (c) below; and
