Commencement
2. The following provisions of the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 come into force on 16th March 2015—
(a)section 105 (appointment and tenure of the Information Commissioner);
(b)section 115(2) in so far as it relates to the provisions of Schedule 10 to that Act specified in paragraph (c) below; and
(c)Part 8 of Schedule 10 (repeals and revocations) in so far as it repeals paragraph 2(4) and (5) of Schedule 5 to the Data Protection Act 1998(1) and section 18(5) to (7) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000(2).
