Amendment of article 16 (application for RTF certificates)

7.  In article 16(3)—

(a) omit sub-paragraph (d); and

(b) in sub-paragraph (e) for the words “sub-paragraphs (b) and (d)” substitute “sub-paragraph (b)”.
