Appointed day for the coming into force of certain provisions of the Act
2.—(1) 7th March 2016 is the day appointed for the coming into force of the following provisions of the Act—
(a)section 29 for the purpose of inserting section 63F into FSMA;
(b)sections 18, 20, 30, 31, 35 and Schedule 3 so far as those provisions are not already in force; and
(c)sections 21 to 26, 32, 34 and 36 to 38 for all purposes.
(2) 7th March 2017 is the day appointed for the coming into force of section 29 of the Act so far as that section is not already in force.
