Amendment of the Flood and Water Management Act 2010

15.  In Schedule 4 to the Flood and Water Management Act 2010(1) (cross-border England-Scotland reservoirs), in paragraph 43(1)(d), for the words from “1975” to the end substitute “Reservoirs (Scotland) Act 2011 and any order or regulations made, guidance issued or directions given under that Act”.
