Coming into force

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1 and 6(1) of the Government Trading Funds Act 19731, makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement1

This Order may be cited as the Defence Support Group Trading Fund (Revocation) Order 2015.

This Order comes into force on 1st April 2015.

Revocation2

The Defence Support Group Trading Fund Order 20082 is revoked.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the Order)

This Order revokes the Defence Support Group Trading Fund Order 2008 (“the 2008 Order”). As a result, the trading fund established by the 2008 Order ceases to exist.
