PART 6Prescribed information about a referral
Purposes for which information is prescribed20
Regulations 21 and 22 prescribe the information required to be given to the parties to a proposed marriage or civil partnership by a district registrar or (as the case may be) a registrar for the purposes of—
a
in the case of a proposed marriage under the law of Scotland, section 3F(5)(c)(i) and (ii) of the 1977 Act M1,
b
in the case of a proposed civil partnership under the law of Scotland, section 88F(5)(c)(i) and (ii) of the 2004 Act M2,
c
in the case of a proposed marriage under the law of Northern Ireland, Article 3E(4)(c)(i) and (ii) of the 2003 Order M3, and
d
in the case of a proposed civil partnership under the law of Northern Ireland, section 139E(4)(c)(i) and (ii) of the 2004 Act M4.
