SCHEDULE 13 U.K. AMENDMENTS AND REVOCATIONS

PART 1 U.K. Amendments

34.—(1) Subject to paragraph (2), for “relevant waters” substitute “ internal waters ” in each place occurring. U.K.

(2) Paragraph (1) does not apply to—

(a) the definition of “relevant waters” in regulation 2(1);

(b) Schedule 9.

(3) Subject to paragraph (4), for “sea-bed” substitute “ bed of internal waters ” in each place occurring.

(4) Paragraph (3) does not apply to Schedule 9.
