Her Majesty is satisfied, to the extent this Order relates to a country that is not a Convention country nor another member State of the European Union, that provision has been made or will be made under the law of that country giving adequate protection to owners of copyright in respect of works under Part 1 of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 19881 and to the owners of rights in British performances2.
Accordingly Her Majesty, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, in exercise of the powers conferred upon Her by sections 159 and 208 of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 19883, makes the following Order:
