Where an applicant applies for recognition, a competent authority must recognise, by way of a certificate in accordance with Annex VII(1)(c) of the Directive, previous pursuit of one of the activities listed in Part 3 of Schedule 1 in another relevant European State as sufficient proof of knowledge and aptitudes where the previous pursuit of that activity is in accordance with Schedule 4.
